Room Rentals

The Realtor Association of Martin County Conference Center is available for limited public use at affordable rental rates. The multipurpose facility offers a pleasant environment for business meetings, educational programs, seminars and similar events. Three rooms are available for rent allowing for the flexibility to accommodate different sized groups in a variety of room arrangements. All rooms are equipped with high-speed internet. All room rentals require proof of Liability Insurance.

Auditorium

The Conference Center Auditorium can comfortably handle up to 130 people in a variety of room setups. It is ideal for lectures, service club meetings, luncheons, off-site retreats, seminars, motivational speakers, religious services and leadership forums. The Auditorium has a raised stage area, projection screen, food service counter, and is adjacent to the kitchen and rest rooms. Rental fees start as low as $150.


Training Room

The Training Room, a 15 x 32 ft. room, is ideal for smaller groups (up to 24 people.) The room can be arranged several ways and has been used for break-out sessions, legal depositions, and committee meetings. The Training Room can be rented separately, or in conjunction with the Conference Center. It has its own coffee/refreshment service bar and is convenient to the rest rooms. Rental fees start as low as $100.

Board Room

The Board Room is the perfect place to hold your next board meeting or make an important presentation. The room comfortablely seats 12, has its own coffee/refreshment service bar and is convenient to the rest rooms. Rental fees start as low as $150.
